Lisa Burns and Richard Monda sold their property at 30 Far View Commons, Southbury, to Diana Randazzo and Kevin Hellriegel of Meriden.

Jan Gall of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed and marketed the property, which was sold by Mike Krukowski of Weichert Gateway, Southbury.

Attorney Tim Deakin of Danbury represented the sellers and attorney Eric DaSilva represented the buyers.
