Main Street Ridgefield Stroll

RIDGEFIELD — In conjunction with Ridgefield’s 300th anniversary celebration, Keeler Tavern Museum will sponsor a historic Main Street stroll with several homes, as well as significant buildings, open for tours on Saturday, September 20, from 10 am to 4 pm.

The immediate area north and south of the Keeler Tavern Museum was laid out in 1708 and includes the original 25 lots of the first settlement. What is now Keeler Tavern Museum was built on Lot #2. This area is the focus of the day.

Four churches along this roadway will also open their doors and share their history. Architectural information will be provided on the buildings.

Presale tickets are $30; day of tour they’ll be $35.
