NJWC Installs New Officers

Newtown Junior Women’s Club recently installed the new board members who will lead the club for its 2008-09 session.

Christine Grabowski has been elected president, Marya Gaiser is now vice president, Laurie Brautigam is secretary, and Ruth Brassard is treasurer. Immediate Past President is Kim Didomizio.

NJWC is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization comprising women 18 years or older. There is no age cap.

It is a nonsectarian, nonpartisan club and a member of the statewide Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. The group of women combines their time, talents, and energies to benefit the community by promoting civic, cultural, educational, and social activities.

Newcomers are invited to visit a meeting to learn more about Juniors. NJWC meets the second Tuesday of every month at Newtown Meeting House at 7:30 pm.
