Eminent Domain

DANBURY — Wes Horton, the attorney who represented the city of New London, and Scott Sawyer, who represented property owner Susette Kelo, will discuss the controversial 5-4 ruling by the US Supreme Court that affirmed the taking of Ms Kelo’s property by New London officials during “After Kelo: Debating Eminent Domain.”

The panel discussion will be at Western Connecticut State University’s Science Building, on the university’s midtown campus at the corner of Osborne Street and Dr James Roach Avenue, on Wed., September 27 at 7 pm.
