Family: My mom, Joanne and my dad, Tibor. I also have two younger brothers, Zack and Taylor. Zack is 16 and will be a junior at Newtown High School and Taylor will be in the sixth grade this fall. Heâs 11 years old. They all live in Newtown.
Pets: We have a golden retriever named Lance. He is just over a year old.
How long have you lived in Newtown? We moved here the summer before I started eighth grade, so weâve been here about seven years. We moved here from Danbury.
What do you like to do in your free time? I like to swim and camping is definitely a big thing for me. Hiking is also something I enjoy doing. I like to hang out with my friends, especially in the summer when everyoneâs not away at school. I love movies. Iâm pretty busy with the ambulance and fire department.
Do you have a favorite movie? I like Garden State, and The Shawshank Redemption is definitely up there.
Do you have a favorite actor? I love Morgan Freeman, but I have to go with Joaquin Phoenix. He was very good in Ladder 49.
If you could spend a day with anyone, who would that be? I would spend the day with a group of five of my closest friends and just go to the beach. Doing that before is one of my best memories.
What is the best thing about Newtown? That it is such a woven, tight-knit community. People are compassionate. Itâs not extreme, though. People arenât nosey, but they still care about each other. Everybody cares about the town.
Do you have a favorite travel destination? Marthaâs Vineyard. Weâve been going there my whole life, every summer. Itâs very laid back and itâs not touristy. Itâs relaxing there.
Do you have a personal philosophy? Itâs a quote from Shakespeare: Love all, trust a few, and do wrong to none.
Where would you like to be in 20 years? I would like to be in some kind of medical profession. I would love to be an emergency room physician. I like the fast-paced medicine.
