Rock Ridge Country Club Year-End Award Winners

JP McDade (pictured far right) recently captured the Leo J. Allen Junior Club championship at Rock Ridge Country Club with a solid 7-over par 79. He edged Dan Curtis (85) and Tim Hirst (86) with Brian Kriedberg (91), Kevin O’Connell (92), Trey Trudell (93), Sean Burson (96), Trevor Hirst (96), Andrew Hyland (101), Mack Fuller (101), Will Kriedberg (106) and Conor McManus (108) following. PGA professional Bill Flood Jr and assistant professional Jeff Sobieraj recently handed out awards to participants in the Junior Golf program – Emily Spicci (left) was the Leo J. Allen Girls 9-Hole Junior champion; Chris Erikson (second from left) Leo J. Allen Boys 9-Hole Junior champion; Dan Curtis (third from left) was runner-up to McDade; Jonathan Spicci (third from right) won the Boys MVP Pro’s Choice Award (given to the junior golfer who demonstrates leadership, hard work, dedication, and provides a role model to their peers while earning the respect of their instructors); and Nicole Miles (second from right) from the Girls MVP Pro’s Choice Award for the second year in a row; Most Coachable awards went to Amanda Flynn (Futures Tour), Robert Linden (Champions Tour), Shea Barickman (LPGA Tour) and Mike Cirone (PGA Tour); Best Sportsmanship awards went to Cassidy Kortze (Futures), Justin Germal (Champions), Emma Hoey (LPGA) and Gino Pizzoli (PGA); and Most Improved awards went to Nick Madej (Futures), Tim O’Connell (Champions), Lindsay Fouri (LPGA) and Ryan Nathanson (PGA).
