New Staff Physician At Urgent Care

SOUTHBURY —Anna M. Duncan, DO, has joined the staff of Urgent Care of Connecticut. She has 23 years experience in family medicine and urgent care and specializes in women’s health, mood, and endocrine disorders.

Urgent Care of Connecticut offers full service walk-in medical treatment at its facilities located at 31 Old Route 7, Brookfield, and 900 Main Street South, Southbury. Dr Duncan is available by appointment or walk-in treatment effective immediately.

Dr Duncan completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, with a BS in psychology. She attended medical school at UNTHSC – Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, and completed her residency training in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

She and her family moved to Connecticut in 2001 and she continues on staff as an attending physician at St Vincent’s Hospital and Bridgeport Hospital.

The hours of operation for Urgent Care of Connecticut are 10 am until 8 pm, Monday through Friday and 9 am until 5 pm, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Urgent Care of Connecticut can be reached by calling 203-262-1911 for Southbury and 203-885-0808 for Brookfield.
