To The Editor:

Democrats need to realize that not all Republicans like or agree with Donald Trump and I am one of them, although I have been a registered Republican all my life.

A Republican I know despises him even though also being a Republican her whole life. I voted for him because I couldn’t imagine Kamala Harris being able to run this county and there are many Democrats who felt the same — admit it.

My whole point is you should vote for what is best for Newtown regardless of what’s going on nationally.
