Gloria Esposito, 85, of Monroe, beloved wife of the late James Anthony Esposito, died September 12 at Bridgeport Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Mrs Esposito was born in Bridgeport, September 2, 1923.

 Survivors include her two children, Doreen Donaldson and her companion, David Chapdelaine, of Sandy Hook and David Esposito of Monroe; a granddaughter, Kimberly Chiappetta and her husband, Palmer, of Newtown; a great-grandson Jackson Chiappetta; two sisters, Joyce Pereiro of Florida and Mary Garafalo of Fairfield; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sisters, Claudette Constantino and Frances Gillotti.

She enjoyed playing Tuesday night bingo with all of her friends in Trumbull.

Funeral services took place September 16 in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, Trumbull, and in St Stephen Church, Trumbull, for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment followed in Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown.
