Women’s Network Workshop Promotes Referrals

Norwalk — Entrepreneurial Woman’s Network’s (EWN) first Morning Workshop of the fall season will be about “Giving and Getting Referrals: Immediately Quadruple Your Referrals.” The event’s two speakers will be Julie Braun of Julie Braun Design in New Haven, and Debbie MacIntyre, image consultant of Wilton-based Made to Dress.

The event will take place from 8:15 to 11:15 am, Thursday, September 25, at the Norwalk Inn & Conference Center, 99 East Avenue.

Attendees will be taken through the most important step in closing business deals — referral marketing. Understanding how referral marketing and effective networking can change a business immediately, learning how to make that transformation with study guides, exercises, and more and creating a more dynamic impression will be integral aspects of the workshop.

In addition, the workshop will look at the how to’s of conveying the image one wants to present.

Paid reservations must be received by 5 pm, Monday, September 22 to qualify for the advance reservation rate (with an additional $5 “walk-in” fee if not preregistered) of $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Reservations not received by the deadline will be accepted on a “space available basis.”
