It’s been five years since you’ve been gone.

You’re really missed but your memory lives on.

Your impact on our lives will not diminish,

Our thoughts of you will never finish.

Life moves on, your son’s growing up.

Your influence on him is still so much.

He always remembers the guidance you gave,

It makes him strong and also brave.

As we battle through life’s ups and downs
