Newtown Democratic Town Committee is inviting the community to a brunch at Walnut Tree Hill Village Clubhouse from 10-11 am, Saturday, October 11.

The public is invited to meet local Democratic candidates and talk to them about their concerns.

Candidates in attendance include: Bruce Walczak, running for First Selectman; Paul Lundquist, running for Selectman; Jordana Bloom, Eric Paradis, and Keith Alexander running for District 2 Legislative Council; John Fletcher, Jim Gaston, and Janette Lamoureaux running for Board of Finance; Peter Schwarz, Don Mitchell, and Jill Soderholm running for the Planning & Zoning Commission; and Renee Weiman running for Town Clerk.
