BROOKFIELD â The Congregational Church of Brookfield has announced its 32nd annual church fair will take place on Saturday, October 20, from 10 am to 3 pm. The theme this year is âAn English Garden Tea Party.â
The âBarn Saleâ is back and opens early at 9 am along with many collectibles that will be displayed in the barn for browsing pleasure. The fair will also include many handcrafted items that will be sold in Christmas, quilting, wood shop, garden and stitchery booths. Used books and toys are also included in the fair.
Visitors can enjoy a served lunch at the White Steeple Inn, or grab a hot dog or hamburger at the outside Grill.
Fresh Vermont cheese and delicious baked goods will be available for purchase, and childrenâs games, face painting, and much more will be offered.
Also included in this yearâs fair will be a tea tasting, sconce contest, and a âMad Hatter Tea Partyâ given every 45 minutes for the children, plus a âBrownie Sundae Baâ set up will be available for indulgence.
Inside the church, an exhibit of teapots, cups, and accessories including âholiday tea tablesâ will be presented.
