Flu Clinic At Jewish Center

SOUTHBURY — The Federation-Jewish Communities of Western CT, Inc, is sponsoring a flu clinic at the Walzer Family Jewish Community Campus, 444 Main Street North, on Tuesday, October 21, from 10 am until noon.

Flu and pneumonia shots are available for anyone over age 18. Bring insurance and Medicare cards to the clinic. Flu shots are free for anyone with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Connecticare. Medicare B and HealthNet provide coverage for those over age 65. A consent form will be available to sign.

There will be a charge for clients not covered by those insurances of $18 for flu and $27 for pneumonia shots.
