I have had the sincere pleasure of knowing Neil for over a decade.

In both personal and professional settings, he has consistently proven to be a thoughtful and consummate gentleman. I served with Neil on the Police Commission and was always impressed by his inquisitive and balanced approach to decision-making. Working with him was a breath of fresh air, as he was swayed neither by political agendas nor public pressure.

His dedication to understanding the issues and needs of both the Police Department and the Town is exactly what we need. I wholeheartedly endorse Neil for the Police Commission and urge Newtown voters to do the same.
