Cosentino Wine Dinner

DANBURY — The Inn at Ethan Allen, Danbury, and the Hay Day Wine Shop in Ridgefield are sponsoring a wine dinner featuring the wines of Napa Valley’s Cosentino Winery. The event will be on Tuesday, October 30, at 6:30 pm, at the Inn at Ethan Ellen.

The menu will match six courses with four wines from Cosentino, highlighted by roasted tenderloin matched with 1998 Cosentino Poet, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend that is produced in very limited quantities.

Cost of the dinner is $52 plus tax and tip.
