To The Editor:

We regard Bruce Walczak to be the best person to fill the position of First Selectman for three reasons:

1. Bruce has clearly demonstrated a deep and sincere commitment through service to the well being of Newtown for over 20 years.

2. Bruce’s impressive business resume reflects a career that has prepared him to guide Newtown through a challenging, albeit exciting, future.

3. Bruce’s personal qualities speak loudly of the attributes he chooses to define himself by; those being character, inclusion and a willingness to listen . These combined with an innate intelligence make him eminently qualified for the Office of First Selectman.

Given these three reasons we will be casting our vote for First Selectman for Bruce Walczak on November 4.
