SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11 – Stone Valley Hounds Hunter Pace will be held Sunday, November 11, at Netherwood Acres Farm on Netherwood Road in Hyde Park, New York. Teams of two or three riders will begin at 10 am. All fences have go-arounds. Cost is $35 for members, $70 for non-members ($20 for juniors). SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28 – River’s Edge Farm will hold its next horse show on Sunday, October 28, at 8 am, at 91 Bethway Road in Bethany. It is a CHJA, NEHC and CHSA show. Deadline for entries is Saturday, October 27, at 7 pm. Call 1-203-758-8602. Many different divisions will be offered and many different awards will be presented. River’s Edge will also hold a horse show on Sunday, November 28.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 4 – The Woodbury Hunter Pace will be held on Sunday, November 4, in Woodbury. There will be several divisions, with ribbons awarded to 10th place and trophies for first place. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8 through SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 11 – Equine Affaire, the Great American Horse Exposition © will be held Thursday, November 8, through Sunday, November 11, at the Eastern States Exposition grounds in West Springfield, Massachusetts. There will be more than 200 different training clinics, seminars and demonstrations presented in five venues by nationally-recognized trainers, competitors and experts on horse management.
