Waldorf School Fall Fair, Saturday

Currently celebrating its 25th year, The Housatonic Valley Waldorf School will host its annual Fall Fair on Saturday, October 25, from 10 am until 3 pm.

The event will run rain or shine on HVWS’s South Campus at 1 Jacklin Road.

The HVWS Puppetry Committee will present Moonflower at 10:30 am and 11:30 am. Moonflower is a Native American tale about a journey of a courageous girl named Moonflower who loves dearly three things: the moon, her friend Bear, and the rose.

Traditional dance teacher Patricia Campbell will lead participatory folk dancing on the lawn at 1 pm.

Daily Fare of Bethel will be selling treats and Riverbank Farm of Roxbury will offer a farm stand.

There will be plenty of crafts and activities for children and nonscary costumes welcomed.

Admission is free for this community event. There will be small fees for crafts, activities, and food.
