God saw you getting tired –

And a cure was not to be –

So He wrapped his

arms around you

And whispered,

 “Come with Me.”

With tearful eyes we

watched you suffer –

And saw you drift away.

Although we loved you dearly

We knew you could not stay.

A golden heart stopped

 beating.

Your skillful hands now rest.

God broke our hearts

if just to prove –

He only takes the best.

We miss you every day.
