Financing Made Simple

SHELTON — SCORE Greater Bridgeport will offer a no-fee workshop on “Financing Made Simple” Thursday, November 2, 6:30 to 9 pm, at the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, 900 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton.

The presentation by Robert Silvestri of TD BankNorth Connecticut will cover the process by which banks evaluate loan requests, the importance of the business plan as well as the information and documentation the bank requires from a person applying for a loan.

Mr Silvestri will also cover financing options, types of financing available to small businesses, term loans, lines of credit, commercial mortgages, and the Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.
