Carol Cecelia Robertson, 59, of Mexico, Me., formerly of Milford, died October 27, in Maine.
She was the sister of Patricia Seiley of Sandy Hook.
Born in Bridgeport, she resided in Bridgeport, then Milford for 15 years, before moving to Maine two years ago. Along with being the owner of Hook, Line & Sinker Bait and Tackle shop in Milford, Ms Robertson was a talented crafts maker and cook. She was proud of these accomplishments.
Survivors include her husband, Bruce Anthony Hoyt of Mexico, Me.; six sons, Keith Robertson and his wife, Wendy, Matthew Robertson, Ralph âJoeyâ Robertson and his wife, Laura, all of Dennis, Mass., Brian âMooseâ Robertson of Cheshire, Scott Robertson and his wife, Annette, and Duane Robertson, all of Derby; 13 grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth Robertson, formerly of Stratford, and Jessie Robertson of Stratford; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 2, at 9:30 am in the Lesko-Miner Funeral Home, 155 Main Street (Route 25) in Monroe, and 10 am in St Stephen Church in Trumbull. Burial will follow in Resurrection Cemetery in Newtown.
Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, November 1, from 4 to 8 pm.
