Stop Talking And Do Something

To the Editor:

I’m writing to solicit votes in support of proposed changes in Newtown’s charter that will be decided in Tuesday’s election.

A clear majority of those speaking out say the changes have merit. There’s no point in naming another commission to review the whole thing for another year. That’s like reinventing the wheel for the 1,000th time.

Let’s stop talking and do something: Vote yes.
