To The Editor:

Our community deserves leaders who are approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in our town’s future — qualities that describe my friend, Will Drew, perfectly. He is currently running to be an alternate on the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Will has lived in town now for 5 years and every time we go out somewhere he runs into someone he knows. It’s a running joke but it truly never fails. He’s an outgoing, authentic person so I understand why he’s made so many friends here in Newtown.

I’m proud to call Will a friend and neighbor, and I know he’ll bring that same sense of connection and care to his work on the commission.
