As a former Legislative Council member who served District 2 for ten years (2013-2023), I am proud to endorse Donna Rahtelli, Matt Mihalcik, and Jennifer Nicoletti for election on November 4.

Donna Rahtelli is a caring, trustworthy leader calling Newtown home for over 35 years. Her selfless volunteerism and focus on affordability, collaboration, and preserving Newtown’s character make her ideal for the Council.

Matt Mihalcik, with Board of Finance and Council experience, brings fiscal expertise as a business lender and small business co-owner. His logical budgeting, advocacy for sustainable growth, and commitment to public safety ensure responsible stewardship of our resources.

Jennifer Nicoletti rounds out this dynamic team with her fresh energy, fearless advocacy, and genuine dedication to amplifying unheard voices. As a devoted mother and professional who chose Newtown to raise her family, she prioritizes listening, transparency, and solutions that keep our schools excellent and community welcoming.
