Lisa (Wlodarski) and Anthony T. Romano of Newtown announce the birth of a son, Ethan Edward Romano, on October 13 at Danbury Hospital.

He joins an older brother, Charles Anthony Romano, 2.

His grandparents are Sebastian and Phyllis Romano of Ridgefield, Rosemary and Roger Wright of Redding and Walter Wlodarski of West Orange, N.J.

Cheryl L. (Ross) and Jeffrey A. Armstrong of Newton, Mass., announce the birth of a daughter, Katherine Lynn Armstrong, on August 27.

Katherine’s grandparents are Alan and Judy Ross of Vernon and Maureen and Tom Armstrong of Newtown.
