Riders Show Skills In Hunter Pace

MIDDLEBURY — More than 70 riders and horses recently tested their cross country skills during the Middlebury Bridle Land Association’s 2008 Fall Hunter Pace.

The event took place at Larkin’s Farm in Middlebury. The course included wooded trails, fields, and a number of natural and manmade obstacles.

Prizes were awarded in four categories: Hunt, Western, Pleasure, and Junior. Lunch was provided by Dinova’s Four Corners Store.

Results were as follows:

Hunt Division

First: Riley Boath, Meagan Korolyshun

Second: Louise Mango, Barb Hartz

Third: Bonnie Week, Jennifer Laros

Fourth: Heather Keogh, Gianna Alberti 

Western Division

First: Amy Deutermann, Kathryn Deutermann

Second: Degmara Kenny, Edyta Reyher, Sal Salmone

Third: MaryAnn Velluto, Stephen Velluto

Fourth: Sandra Holden, Edgar Rodriques

Pleasure Division

First: Wendy Carlyle, Stephanie Lennon

Second: Mary Lou Kennedy, Courtney Kennedy

Third: Vevette Greenberg, Alesia DiFederico

Fourth: Gail Yaeker-Daunis, Jeanette Cicorra

Junior Division

First: Kelley Kelley, Carrie Kelley, Adrienne Davis
