To the Editor:

I want to thank the voters for electing me to the Police Commission. I am looking forward to contributing to the town’s public safety and to learning from, and working with, the other commissioners who have already been volunteering their time.

Congratulations to all candidates, whether they were elected or not, as their willingness to step up and volunteer to serve the town is part of what make Newtown the place I love to call home.
