Rich DeLollis Earns Prestigious GRI Title

Rich DeLollis was recently awarded the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation. He also holds an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and is on the Newtown Board of Realtors, while serving as a state representative to the Connecticut Association of Realtors. He joins other top producers in the residential real estate industry who hold this prestigious title.

Mr DeLollis earned the GRI designation by attending an intensive series of classroom instruction totaling more than 90 hours, covering subjects that included contract law, professional standards, finance, sales and marketing, and risk reduction. He has also learned the fundamentals of brokerage and other areas of real estate specialization. This training has resulted in an increased awareness of important real estate topics, thereby helping Mr DeLollis better serve his existing and future clients.

The institute is designed to educate professionals about local, state, and national real estate practices that affect both them and their clients. The institute is taught by leading real estate professionals from around the country.

The GRI designation sets the individuals who have obtained it apart from other practitioners. The GRI designation signals that the individual has obtained a superior real estate foundation on which to base the services they provide to the public. These professionals also hold membership in the National Association of Realtors. 

Obtaining the GRI designation is similar to an advanced degree in real estate. The extra measure of knowledge and expertise achieved by completing this course work affords the realtor a higher degree of professionalism that helps better serve their clients.
