Art Center: Call For Vendors

BRIDGEPORT — Black Rock Art Center, in association with Creative Expressions by CoCo, will be producing a “Black Friday” community event and holiday sale. Artisans, vendors, craftspeople and entertainers are invited to participate.

The purpose of the Black Friday event is to offer shoppers an alternative to the noisy malls and crowded department stores. Music and children’s entertainment will be on hand to make holiday shopping more enjoyable and appropriate for the whole family to do together.

Those who make or sell clothing, jewelry, keepsakes, art or any other gift items are welcome to present and sell their goods. The sale will take place at the Black Rock Art Center, 2838 Fairfield Avenue in Bridgeport, from 10 am to 5 pm on Friday, November 28. The registration fee is $35 per spot, and vendors are required to bring their own table.

Vending spots will be assigned on a first come, first served basis until the registration deadline of November 18.
