For $75: But Who Painted It?

KENT — Kent Art Association’s Holiday Art Sale will take place on Saturday, November 22 (snow date is November 23).

All original 7 by 5 canvases will be sold for $75 each. Doors will open at 10 am and canvases will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.

Among the artists participating are Gretchen Hoffman Abene, Holly Adams, Patricia Collins Broun, Clayton Buchanan, Justine Coleman, Carole Day, Linda Dege, Nicholas Dege, Mireille Duchesne, Carolyn B. Fisher, Judith Fisher, Deborah Flavin, Carol Fortunato, Florence Froeder, Tarryl Gabel, Paul Gould, Barbara Hartog, Nancy Bauer Howell, Susan Jositas, Ann Kromer, Doug Lee, Alexis Lynch, Sally Lyons, Janet Meth, Ruth Newquist, Robert Lichtman, Diane Oliviera, John Reinhardt, Chris Sesko, and Alice Wolfe.

But here’s the kick: Artists will not be signing the front of their works. It will be a surprise for the patrons to find out who they buy after they make their purchase and look on the reverse of their canvas.
