Jack Alan and Margaret Robbins purchased 10 Bernlou Drive from Richard and Sherri Brodsky.

Kari Rustici and Barbara Frey of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty listed the property, which was sold by Edmund Yee of Weichert Realtors.

Attorney Michael Nahoum of Newtown represented the sellers and attorney Terry Sachs of Danbury represented the buyers.
