‘Mekong Lifeways’ At WCSU

DANBURY — As part of a special Vietnam Week at Western Connecticut State University, the public is invited to visit WCSU’s Warner Hall to view “Mekong Lifeways: The Stories of Six Communities,” on view November 28 until December 6.

The exhibit depicts the daily life in six diverse communities where Viet, Khmer and Cham people live side by side, and have developed a distinc culture. It is being presented in collaboration with the Smithsonian Institution Affiliations Program and Vietnam Museum of Ethnology.

Warner Hall is open Monday through Friday from 10 am to 8 pm, and weekends from 10 am to 4 pm. For more information call 837-8565.
