Returning To The Council

To the Editor:

I write to express my gratitude to the voters of the Third District who returned me to the Legislative Council. I will continue to represent your interests by bringing an open mind and as much common sense as I can muster to council deliberations.

I also thank those council members who are not returning to the council for their efforts these past years; you will be missed.

Finally, I am grateful to all the citizens of Newtown who cast ballots in this election; the effort you expended to go to the polls for a strictly local election motivates me and I’m sure the other incoming volunteer council members as well.
