‘A Waterbury Chorale Holiday Celebration,’ December 14
WATERBURY — The Waterbury Chorale, directed by Joseph Jacovino, will perform “A Waterbury Chorale Holiday Celebration,” presented on Sunday, December 14.
The Chorale will be accompanied by pianist Susan Anthony-Klein, The Waterbury Chorale Brass, Percussion and Strings, and Bethlehem (CT) bell choir Chime In. The Chorale will be singing many winter, holiday and bell-themed songs.
The performance will begin at 4 pm at St John’s Episcopal Church, 16 Church Street in Waterbury.
Tickets are $25 in advance and available at waterburychorale.org or by calling 860-945-6890. Children 12 and under will be admitted without charge, accompanied by an adult.
At the door, tickets will be $30 each.
Since its inception in 1967, The Waterbury Chorale has performed sacred and secular repertoire that expands over five decades. Filled with energy, excitement, and passion, the chorale has performed domestically and internationally, presenting musical experiences that have been highly acclaimed.
Current Newtown members are Anita Corbeil, Dana Demand, Deanne Herring, and Ginny Ryan.
