Gerald J.        Cavaliere, Jr
Gerald J. Cavaliere, Jr, 41, beloved husband of Linda (Cologna) Cavaliere of Hattertown Road, Newtown, died December 1.
Mr Cavaliere was born in Bridgeport, April 14, 1962, a son of Gerald J. Cavaliere, Sr, of Newtown and the late Linda (Wasik) Cavaliere Roe. He was a graduate of Trumbull High School.
In addition to his loving wife Linda, and father Gerald, Sr, he is survived by three beautiful children, Danielle, Nicholas, and Gina Cavaliere, all of Newtown; a sister, Joycelyn Kowats of Newtown; two nieces, Sarah and Kristina; and his nephew Joey. Gerald was predeceased by a brother, Jeffrey Cavaliere.
Mr Cavaliere was owner with his father of Cavaliere and Sons Building Contractors.
He loved life and lived each day to the fullest as an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and wakeboarding. He was a brilliant builder and most importantly a generous and loving husband, father, son, and friend.
Mr Cavaliere is survived by a large family and countless friends who will cherish his memory and miss him every day.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 5, at 10 am, from the Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, and at 10:30 am, in St Rose of Lima Church for a Mass of Christian burial.
Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Calling hours were scheduled for Thursday, December 4, from 3 to 5 pm and from 7 to 9 pm.
