UConn Offers Non-Degree Program
STORRS â The University of Connecticutâs Division of Extended and Continuing Education offers it non-degree studies program this spring for students interested in opening their minds and transforming their worlds. This program helps participants achieve goals, from learning new skills to entering a new field. Enrolling as a non-degree student at the University of Connecticut will allow students to make these changes.
Students in this program can choose from a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate courses. They also have the option of transferring credits earned if pursuing a degree in the future. There is also the option of an eight-credit load per semester. Some classes may have prerequisites, and a high school diploma or its equivalency is required to enroll.
The Spring 2000 Non-Degree Studies Program begins January 26, and is available at all six UConn campuses: Avery Point, Hartford, Stamford, Storrs, Torrington and Waterbury.
