*THE BEACH BOYS will bring a shot of summer to Connecticut when many of us need it most: in the middle of winter.
The band will be at Mohegan Sun Arena on February 19, and tickets are going on sale this weekend. All seats are $25, and sales will open on Saturday, December 16, for TicketMaster vendors and then will also be available through the arenaâs box office on Sunday, December 17.
*Also new for the arena in Uncasville is an announcement for a pair of GEORGE STRAIT shows, with special guests Ronnie Milsap and Taylor Swift, on March 9 and 10. Tickets will be going on sale Saturday morning at 10 through TicketMaster venues, with prices running from $70 to $100.
Remaining tickets will also be available at the arenaâs box office beginning Sunday, December 17.
*Two of the shows recently added to The Webster Theaterâs calendar include ROOMFUL OF BLUES on January 27, and SEVENDUST, BLOODSIMPLE and DIECAST on February 23. Tickets for the first show are available through the theaterâs box office, while tickets for the second show will be available through TicketMaster vendors.

*Beginning January 1, Stamford Center for the Arts will no longer be affiliated with Telecharge for any of its ticket sales. All sales will originate from the theaterâs box office.
Tickets are available now for B.B. KING, who will return to lower Fairfield County on Sunday, February 25, along with special guests Johnny Duke and The Aces, for a performance in SCAâs Palace Theatre. Tickets can be purchased until December 31 through Telecharge (call 800-233-3123), or after that by contacting the theaterâs box office at 203-325-4466 or going online to StamfordCenterForTheArts.org.
Tickets for this show have been set at $62, $67 and $72 each. Group discounts are available for 12 or more people; call the theater for details.
