Tag-A-Gift – Another Successful Year

To the Editor:

The Newtown Junior Woman’s Club would like to thank the community for their support and overwhelming generosity to the Tag-A-Gift program. The gifts were collected, wrapped and delivered to The Newtown Fund on Depot Day, December 18.

We are grateful to Newtown Savings Bank at Sand Hill Plaza, Union Savings, Fleet bank and the Wesley Learning Center for their willingness to be locations for obtaining tags and receiving gifts.

Many special thank-yous are extended to all the members of The Newtown Fund and all the members of the Newtown Junior Women’s Club and to the community for all their generosity and support to make this year’s Tag-A-Gift program a success for all the needy children in our community.
