Three Charged
At about 6:24 pm November 10, police pulled over a vehicle on Church Hill Road after noticing that its registration had expired, police said.
During an investigation, an amount of marijuana and two counterfeit identifications were found, police said.
Police charged motorist Kyle Gallic, 19, of 46-A Riverside Road with driving an unregistered vehicle, third degree forgery, and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana. Police said they charged passenger Kim Gallic, 18, of the same address, with third degree forgery and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana. Also, police charged passenger Nick Harrison, 17, of 95 Forest Drive with possession of less than four ounces of marijuana.
Police released Kyle Gallic on $250 bail. Kim Gallic and Nick Harrison were released on promises to appear in court. All three are scheduled for November 30 appearances in Danbury Superior Court.
Multiple Charges
Police report they arrested Richard Pulver, 19, of 22 Washington Avenue on November 10 on warrants listing charges including first degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second degree failure to appear in court, and possession of less than four ounces of marijuana. Pulver was being held on $61,000 bail for a court appearance, police said.
