Our neighbors have a big dog that produces a lot of waste and they let him (encourage him) to defecate in the street! They never bring a paper towel or a plastic bag and so it sits there, waiting for the next jogger or walker to step in it. Or, as has happened on many unpleasant occasions, it gets caught in my tires and smells up the entire garage!

I have my own dog to clean up after, not to mention the cigarette boxes and beer bottles strewn about, too. Thatâs littering, too.
