Police report that they arrested Richard Serricchio, 40, of New Haven on a warrant in Stamford on May 11, charging him with seven offenses stemming from an April 2005 motor vehicle stop in Newtown.
Police said they charged Serricchio with second degree failure to appear in court, theft of a marker plate, driving without a license, improper use of a marker plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to display a marker plate, and driving without automotive insurance.
After arrest processing, Serricchio posted $10,000 bail and was released from police custody for a May 25 appearance in Danbury Superior Court.
