Dr Morton Meisels, 86, died with dignity on October 7, beloved husband of Emmy.
He was the loving father of Penina, Peter, David, Michael, Steven, and Susan. He was the devoted grandfather of Alexander, Dustin, Lindsay, Ken, Fred, Hannah, and Zoe.
Dr Meisels was a graduate of the Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine, Class of 1941. He served with distinction as a captain in the United States Army during World War II. He was the founder of the Meisels Animal Hospital in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.
We all will miss his insight, advice and guidance. A memorial service will be announced.
