Film Series To Be Offered At

Danbury Library

DANBURY — Danbury Library will offer its third Sunday afternoon Independent Film Series beginning on Sunday, November 5, from 2 to 4 pm, with a screening of the Canadian film Familia, winner of Best Canadian First Feature at the Toronto International Film Festival.

Refreshments and optional discussion, facilitated by Patrick and Virginia Jackson, will follow each movie.

Additional movies will be shown on December 3, January 7, February 4, March 4 and April 1. A complete list of movie titles and descriptions is available at the library or online at DanburyLibrary.org.

All screenings free, and seating is first come, first served.
