âIn todayâs fast paced world many of us are out of balance and as a result more depleted than we need to be,â said Ms Sala, who serves as coordinator of pastoral care for the St Vincentâs Behavioral Health Services (also known as Hall-Brooke) in Westport and its ambulatory locations in Norwalk and Bridgeport.
In her talk on Mindfulness she will explore how to reconnect with the subconscious mind to improve mental and emotional health through self-reflection, meditation, and informal discussion.
The meeting will be held in the Eliot Room Library, First Church Congregational, 148 Beach Road, from 7:30 to 9 pm. It is free of charge and open to all.
