Family Fun, Food And Fantastic Finds:

St Paul’s Fair Returning

WOODBURY — On June 27, one of Connecticut’s traditional church and community fairs will be held at St Paul’s Episcopal Church. The 62nd annual St Paul’s Fair will take place on the grounds of the church, 294 Main Street South, from 9 am to 3 pm.

One of the first church fairs of the Connecticut summer season, this year’s event promises to provide exceptional opportunities for family fun, food, and fantastic finds.

Mariana Daniels, Marianne Daly, and Wendy Irvine are once again serving as this year’s co-chairs. Under their leadership, the fair will again provide traditions such as The Treasure Chest, furniture, white elephant items, old-fashioned games for kids, toys, jewelry, pie by the slice, chili dogs, baked goods, artwork, music, electronics and a free concert by The Chamber Singers at 11 am.

The fair will also have a few new additions this year, including early buying in the book department beginning at 8. The entrance fee is $5. Breakfast sandwiches have been added to the menu, and The Valley Chordsmen Barbershoppers will add music to the festive outdoor atmosphere throughout the day.

New departments have also been added, including Kid’s Klothes Korner and My Second Home, with small appliances.

The fair will be presented rain or shine. For additional information contact Mariana Daniels at 263-0804.
