To Go’ Lecture

ROXBURY — Acclaimed author and gardener Sydney Eddison will explain how to create beautiful container gardens when she speaks at Minor Memorial Library on Sunday, May 28, at 4 pm. A tea reception will follow Ms Eddison’s slide presentation and there will be ample opportunity for questions from the audience.

The program is a benefit to raise money for the library and will also include a silent auction of donated container garden arrangements. Tickets are $30 in advance or $35 at the door; contact Mary Schinke, at 860-210-7836, for reservation information.
