Available For Church Fair
SOUTHBURY â The Church of the Epiphany is in need of donations for its Harvest Fair 2000, planned for Saturday, September 23.
Some of the things being requested are household items, small furnishings, childrenâs toys, attic and garage treasures, collectibles, silver, china, old button boxes, oil lamps, old linens, antique items, handmade items, baskets, jewelry, and jewelry boxes. Most clean, saleable items are acceptable, with the exceptions of very large items such as pianos.
Donations can be brought to the church weekdays between 10 am and noon. Arrangements can also be made for other hours or for pickup of donations by calling the church office at 264-8150. Letters acknowledging the donation can be made if needed for tax purposes.
Booth space is still available for rent at the Harvest Fair 2000. The booths will be 10 by 10 feet each, and will be located in the churchâs rear, gravel parking lot. The spots are to be used rain or shine.
No canopy or electricity will be provided. Chairs and tables are also the renterâs responsibility.
Fee for the rental is $35. Only 15 spaces are available so reserve now by calling the church office at 264-8150. The fair will run from 9 am to 3 pm at the church, which is at 262 Main Street North (Route 6).
