The Voters Have Choices

To the Editor:

The following are my thoughts after reading, studying, etc. on the vote on election day November 6, 2001.

1) The town charter revision – Thanks to The Newtown Bee, First Selectman Herbert Rosenthal and incumbent Legislative council member William F.L. Rodgers (District 3A-3B) and many others – the pieces of the puzzle on this issue fit. You all have answered my concerns and questions.

2) I will vote NO to all five questions on the ballot. It should be sent back to the “drawing board” for the good of all of us.

3) The above mentioned candidates have earned the right to be reelected.

Remember on election day you (the voters) have choices. Please get as much information as you can. Do not be moved to vote by scare tactics.
