Program On Diabetes

Sally O’Toole, a certified diabetes specialist, will present a special program entitled “What You Need to Know About Diabetes” on Monday, January 29, at 7:30 pm in the St Rose School on Church Hill Road.

Ms O’Toole will present information on the new theories of diabetes prevention and modes of treatment. She also has information on the new products on the market, including monitors that allow diabetics to use only a tiny drop of blood from their forearm to test their blood sugar levels.

The program is sponsored by the St Rose Parish Nurse Ministry. No reservations are needed. The public is invited. Refreshments will be served.
